Paul joined GWB in 2002 returning to his home county of Hampshire and is a Director of the company.  Paul previously studied at Seale-Hayne Agricultural College in Devon and for 5 years thereafter was based at Frome Livestock Market.  He specializes in planning, valuations, compulsory purchase/compensation and estate management.

Dominic joined GWB in January 2014 and is a Director of the company. Having studied at Seale-Hayne Agricultural College, he spent 3 years with a national land agency firm before working for a local Hampshire firm for 15 years.  Dominic specializes in the marketing and sale of all types of land and property and the negotiations for the pursuit of residential development and commercial renewable energy projects.

Giles has practised as a Land Agent in Bishop’s Waltham for over 35 years having previously studied at The Royal Agricultural College in Cirencester. Having founded the company over 30 years ago he now acts as a full-time consultant specializing in agricultural law, farming and estate management and valuations.

Nathan Broome

Nathan joined the company in 2021 after completing a MSc (Hons) Degree in Land Management at The Royal Agricultural University. He has practical agricultural experience gained from working on the family farm in Wiltshire and also working in livestock markets in Devon for a time. Since joining the firm, Nathan has been working towards gaining his CAAV and RICS qualifications while gaining experience day-to-day by working on property sales, valuations, planning, farming subsidies, landlord and tenant, compensation, renewables and estate management.

Christopher Salmon

Chris joined GWB in June 2021 having completed a BSc (Hons) degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management at Harper Adams University, Shropshire. He previously worked as an assistant land agent specialising in shoot and moorland management before joining the GWB team. Since then, he has been working to complete his RICS and CAAV qualifications, gaining vital experience in all aspects of land agency, including valuation, planning, estate management and utility work. Outside of work Chris is a keen countryman and sportsman, enjoying shooting and fishing as well as playing football and cricket.

Wendy joined the company in 2002 and is a very valuable member of the GWB team ensuring a smooth running of the office and keeping all the surveyors in order!  She has lived locally for many years and enjoys getting out and about with her family in the Hampshire countryside whenever she can.

Sue joined the company in early 2016 as a full-time member of the secretarial team.  She lives a stone’s throw away from Bishop’s Waltham and enjoys being out in the countryside with her family and dog and enjoys photography.
